Teacher Training Program includes:
1. Yoga Practical
Asanas (Postures), Pranayamas (Breathing), Kriyas
(Cleansing), etc.
2. Yoga Theory and
Philosophy
History, principles of yoga, anatomy &
physiology, nutrition, etc.
3. Teaching Technique &
Methodologylogy
Teaching methodology and practice in providing
instructional cues, observation & adjustments skill,lesson planning,
etc.
4. Practicum
Prior to certification students will complete a
further hours of supervised practicum to gain experience and apply the
course knowledge in a real teaching situation.

Certification
Upon
successful completion of One Yoga Group Teaching Training Program (200
Contact Hours), One Yoga Group will issue an International Diploma.
All
graduates from One Yoga Group [Yoga Alliance® Registered Yoga School
(RYS®)) are eligible to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY ®) in Yoga
Alliance's national Yoga Teacher Registry .
To
meet the minimum standards of become Registered Yoga Teacher ( RYT ®),
students must attained a minimum of 200 hours of yoga teacher training
(168 Contact Hours + 32 Non-Contact Hours).
