
Partner Yoga
In our high-tech, high-stress world, it can be hard to
find time to work on our relationships. A lack of shared
experiences and the scarcity of loving touch can harm the
natural balance between partners. Every friendship needs
the nourishment of love, trust and regular communication
in order to stay healthy. Partner yoga, a dynamic, varied
series of yoga postures made for partners, works to connect
two people by emphasizing the importance of trust within
practice.
Yoga partners support each other's poses, act as assistants
to partners and work in tandem to create interdependent
poses that require vulnerability and strength from both.
For all duos (partners, friends, yoga buddies, and loved
ones).
Stretch not only your bodies but also your relationship
skills in this fun-filled and invigorating weekend. Whether
you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will
discover delightful ways to enhance your experience of yoga
postures while deepening relationship skills such as trust
and communication.
During the weekend you will
• Practice a series of doubles’ yoga poses where
you balance, counter-balance, and co-create a posture
• Learn partner-assisted stretches that enable you
to stretch farther than you could on your own
• Develop strength and flexibility
• Have fun together.
