ONE YOGA GROUP
has
the experience and knowledge to integrate and translate spiritual,
mental, emotional and physical well-being of society. ONE YOGA GROUP is a
secular institute dedicated to support and assist people in rebuilding
their health, lifestyle, self-confidence, focus and concentration.
We offer various
certified Yoga Instructor courses to standardize and upgrade the
knowledge and level of yoga teachers around the region. We have
accredited many good quality teachers that are actively teaching or have
taught in places like California Fitness, True Yoga, True Fitness, Planet
Fitness, Philip Wain, Clark Hatch, Fitness First, Fitness Plus, and many
spas and yoga centres worldwide. To date, we have trained more than 1000
teachers in our centres around the region and the numbers are increasing
monthly.
Our teaching and vast research activities in various holistic fields have
generated a great pool of resources readily available for contemporary
teaching. Our range of courses provides authentic teaching in its pure
form by qualified Masters in respective fields.
Certificates and
Diplomas earned by successful candidates have received international
recognition. Our aim is to improve capability and capacity of every
individual to achieve a wholesome being.
One Yoga Group instructors
have been trained for in India with vast experience.
Stringent criteria are used in the selection of masters and instructors
for our programmes. These instructors bring with them wealth of knowledge
as well as practice in their respective fields.
Our yoga masters have
more than 10 years of experience in teaching and doing yogic practices.
The masters have been trained in the traditional ways of yoga as
prescribed in the traditional books on the subject. They are equipped
with skills and expertise necessary to impart this traditional knowledge
on yoga.
Our palmistry,
astrology or vaasthu (Indian feng-shui) instructors and reiki grand
masters have had vast and rich experience in consultation, guidance and
in imparting their knowledge to their disciples. They have won numerous
awards and recognitions and some have traveled widely to conferences to
give lectures and workshops.
